Dear Fellow Rotarians, Partners, and Friends,
Today marks a meaningful milestone for the Rotary Club of Congressional — the official launch of our club website.
This platform is more than a digital presence. It is a reflection of who we are, what we stand for, and the impact we continue to create in our community. It represents growth, transparency, and our commitment to expanding our reach beyond meetings and projects — into the wider world.
Over the past months, we have demonstrated what is possible when a club chooses action. From community outreach initiatives and service projects, to active participation in district programs and strengthened fellowship among members, we have shown that Service Above Self is not merely a motto — it is our way of life.
Each accomplishment is a testament to unity.
This Rotary Year calls us to Unite for Good — and we have embraced that call. When we unite our time, our talents, and our resources, we multiply our impact. When we unite in purpose, we transform communities.

To every member who has actively participated in our initiatives, extended support, and answered the call to serve — thank you. Your dedication fuels the heart of this club.
I would also like to recognize our Charter President, PP Manny Santos, whose vision and leadership laid the foundation upon which we continue to build. Because of that strong beginning, we move forward today with confidence and clarity.
As we launch this website, let it serve as:
A window to our service
A bridge to partnerships
A platform for transparency
And a rallying point for greater involvement
The journey ahead is filled with opportunity. There are more communities to uplift, more partnerships to build, and more lives to touch.
I invite every member to recommit — not just to participation, but to leadership. Not just to attendance, but to engagement. Let us continue strengthening our fellowship, deepening our impact, and living out Service Above Self in everything we do.
Together, united in purpose and driven by service, we will continue to build a Rotary Club that leads with integrity, compassion, and action.
The best chapters of our story are still being written.
Let us unite for good.
Yours in Rotary Service,
Roderick Banganay
Club President
